The 2003- Q2 Tax Table Update dated 5/30/03 contains the new Federal tables and withholding allowance amounts that have changed as a result of the "Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003" (that's the new tax bill just passed last month that decreases withholding amounts for many workers). The update has been posted on BOSS (Best's online support site) and is available for download at . Employers should begin using these tables effective immediately for wages paid through 2004. The Best payroll team will continue to monitor www.irs.gov for updated postings, and we'll keep you posted!
