Sage Software has released the Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Sage MAS 90 and 200 version 4.10 (AND
Service Update version 4.10.1.1, which includes all program fixes released after
Service Pack 1). These updates include a roll-up of all existing fixes currently available in the program-fix collection, along with several enhancements.
To help streamline the update process, SP1 has the following installation advantages over the previous program fix collection:

It uses the same installation interface as the Sage MAS 90 and 200 setup. |

It warns you of potential overwriting custom modules during the Service Pack installation. |

It automatically performs library merges. |

Are your SalesLogix buttons disappearing?
Did your "Send SLX" button or the SalesLogix Icon button disappear from Outlook? Follow these steps to reinstall them:
- Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 /u C:\Program Files\SalesLogix\slmn.dll, and then click OK.
- Open, and then close Outlook.
- Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 C:\Program Files\SalesLogix\slmn.dll, and then click OK.
- Open Outlook to verify that the Send SLX button and SalesLogix Logo Ball are back.

Tip of the Month
When registering Sage MAS 500 ERP for the first time or after performing any updates, such as adding additional user licenses, modules, or after renewing any maintenance and support agreements, please follow these basic steps:
- Log on to the Sage MAS 500 Desktop.
- Within the System Manager/Maintenance folder select the "Maintain Site" task.
- For first-time users, enter in the first nine characters of the customer's account number, the system manager serial number, and the system manager unlocking key. Save the task at this point.
