Outlook Jail/Missing SalesLogix Buttons
Sometimes the "SendSLX" button can disapear from your Outlook email message. Outlook 2002 and 2003 has a "jail" for bad COM dlls. There's a good chance slmn.dll got put there. In Outlook click Help, About, then "Disabled Items." From there, take it off the list and then restart Outlook for the changes to be made.

Improving Performance of Low Memory Machines
To improve the performance of an older machine with a low amount of memory, you may want to turn off the group caching in memory. This will cause saved groups to load slower than usual, but improve the overall performance of memory starved machines. To turn off group caching:

  1. Start -> Run -> regedit. Locate the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SALESLOGIX\Sales Client\DontCacheGroups
  2. Set that value to T.
