According to the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors website (www.naw.org), wholesaler-distributors achieved sales of $2.8 trillion in 2002 -- a 2% increase over 2001. Wholesale distribution contributes 7% of U.S. national income and accounts for one in every 20 jobs.
