Ruth
P. Menter - Founder and President
Ruth
Menter, president of Macdonald Consulting Group (MCG),
founded the firm in 1990. She presently leads the management
team towards the firm’s vision of exceeding clients’
expectations and providing tools to better direct their
businesses. Her extensive experience in analyzing business
processes has made her an expert in translating requirements
into technical solutions. For many years, she has provided
guidance on delivering client solutions involving complex
business systems.
Before founding MCG, Ruth provided consulting and systems
analysis through CPA and computer consulting firms. Ruth
also spent four years as a human resources manager in
a manufacturing operation, and has several years experience
managing accounting functions.

Nicholas M. Hoad
- Principal and Executive Vice President
Nicholas Hoad joined Macdonald
Consulting Group (MCG) in early 1993 to develop a technical
team and broaden the scope of service offerings. He
works closely with the consulting team to develop client
solutions for using business management software tools.
Nicholas has extensive experience in custom programming
and multi-systems integration, including the development
of several new modules for the MAS 90 and MAS 200, and
SalesLogix product lines.
Before
joining MCG, Nicholas owned a systems consulting firm
in Southern California. Prior to this, he was the lead
developer at Sage Software, publisher of MAS 90 and
MAS 200 accounting software, where he personally designed
and developed key applications.

Michael Augello
- Principal and Director
Mike
joined Macdonald Consulting Group as a principal and
director in 2002. Mike has over twenty years of Senior
management experience including being the C.E.O. of
several mid-sized organizations. Mike and his former
partners sold their Manufacturing and Distribution business
($125 Million in revenues) to a publicly-traded company
in April 1998. Mike has also served on the Board of
Directors of several organizations. Mike's role within
MCG is to provide stategic advisory, financial planning,
and general business consulting support. Mike is also
directly overseeing the Tampa office and expansion into
the Florida market. Mike started his career as a Certified
Public Accountant with KPMG - Peat, Marwick in New York
in 1978 after graduating from Adelphi University (Garden
City, NY) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
