Certified Classes
The state-of-the-art training facility is open to all end users-even if your applications were purchased through other firms. Certified instructors provide hands-on instruction for MAS 90 and MAS 200, FRx, F9, and other applications.

Authorized Training Facility
Conveniently located in the heart of Buckhead, Atlanta's financial and entertainment district, our award winning training facility has two classrooms. The classroom accommodates up to twelve students.

Our classroom is fully equipped with Pentium computers, high-output projection system and the latest in high-tech hardware to maximize a hands-on learning environment. Additionally, our training facility offers a phone bank and Internet access available for students to use while attending classes. Each student receives a training manual to be used in class and as a reference tool when they return to the office. Our team of classroom training instructors is certified by Sage Software.

MCG Quality Assurance Guarantee In order to ensure that students receive quality training, our training center offers a 12 month guarantee on all of our training classes. If you need to re-take a class, you may do so within 12 months of attending of the class for free! For more information regarding administrative policies such as complaint and refund, please contact our offices at 404-841-6240 x207. Please note that the only charge applicable will be in cases where the software version has been upgraded during the 12 month period. If this is the case, then the only charge will be for a current version of the manual.

CPE Credit - Based on 50 Minute Hour Macdonald Consulting Group is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. 	CAROL OLIVER, Senior Instructor, joined Macdonald Consulting Group in 1996 to provide installation and implementation assistance, on-site consulting, technical support and classroom training. In 1997, she became a full-time certified trainer and instructs training classes on BusinessWorks, MAS90/MAS200, Crystal Reports, FRx and F9 software. A Certified Public Accountant, Carol has over nine years experience in software consulting and training. Carol taught continuing education classes for Georgia State University and has written a wide array of training materials and technical documentation.
	CHARLIE KEMMERER, Instructor & VP of Front Office Solutions, joined Macdonald Consulting Group in 2004, leading MCG's Front Office solutions team in providing award-winning Sage Software CRM solutions, including ACT!, SalesLogix and SageCRM, to clients nationwide. Charlie has been a leading SalesLogix and ACT! provider for over ten years, supporting clients in a wide range of industries, and has received numerous achievement awards. Charlie serves on the Sage Software - CRM Division Business Partner Advisory Council and as chairman of the Technical Support Subcommittee and is also a member of the CRM Guild International. With his diverse background, Charlie brings a unique perspective to classroom training.
